How trusted-contact SMS works

A Kvenna member may ask Kvenna to send you one invitation to become their trusted contact. The invitation is sent from Kvenna's toll-free number, +1 (888) 689-1361.

You are not enrolled in ongoing safety alerts unless you affirmatively reply YES or Y to a pending invitation. Kvenna does not send safety alerts to you before receiving that reply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Consent flow and message examples

1. Invitation: A Kvenna member enters a trusted contact's mobile number and asks Kvenna to send one invitation:

   Kvenna: [Kvenna member's name] wants to add you as a trusted contact for safety alerts. Reply YES to accept. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Details: https://legal.shadowarmy.us/sms-opt-in/

2. Recipient consent: The trusted contact chooses whether to participate by replying YES or Y. No ongoing safety alerts are sent unless the recipient provides this affirmative consent.
3. Confirmation: After the recipient accepts, Kvenna sends:

   Kvenna: You are now opted in to trusted-contact safety alerts. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Supported consent and account-management keywords include YES, Y, START, UNSTOP, HELP, and STOP. START and UNSTOP are used to restore messaging after an opt-out when a pending trusted-contact relationship exists.

Messages you may receive

After accepting, Kvenna may send transactional, time-sensitive safety alerts requested or scheduled by the member who selected you, including Date Check-In and Get Me Out alerts. Message frequency varies based on user-triggered safety events and may be zero in many months. Kvenna does not send advertising or promotional messages through this program.

Rates, help, and opting out

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and receive no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email support@shadowarmy.us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We use your mobile number to deliver and administer trusted-contact messages and maintain consent records. We do not sell your mobile number or share SMS consent with third parties for their marketing. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
