Kvenna

Shadow Army LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective: September 9, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Shadow Army LLC (“Shadow Army,” “Kvenna,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use Kvenna. Kvenna is an adults-only dating-safety and community service.

This Policy applies to the Kvenna mobile application, related websites, support communications, safety tools, verification workflows, and administrative review systems.

2. Information We Collect

3. How We Use Information

4. Sensitive Information and Live-Selfie Verification

Kvenna requires a secure live-selfie check to confirm liveness and high-confidence 18+ eligibility. Encrypted session material is transmitted to FaceTec for processing. Kvenna stores the resulting verification status and limited audit metadata. A failed or inconclusive automated age check is not treated as proof that a person is under 18 and may be routed to retry or trained human review.

Kvenna does not display your verification selfie on your profile, posts, messages, or searches and does not use it for advertising, personalization, or training Kvenna models. Additional details and the applicable retention schedule appear in the Biometric and Live-Selfie Notice and Consent, which must be accepted separately before scanning.

Where required by law, we will obtain additional consent before collecting or processing biometric identifiers or biometric information.

5. Location, Trusted Contacts, and Safety Features

Kvenna processes location only when you enable or use a feature that requires it or grant the relevant device permission. Date and trusted-contact information may be shared with the contact you select when you direct Kvenna to share it or when an automatic escalation you configured is triggered.

Kvenna is not a law-enforcement agency, emergency-response service, background-check agency, consumer reporting agency, or substitute for calling 911 or the appropriate local emergency number.

6. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices before the change applies.

7. Public Sources and Safety Screening

Safety Screening may search public records, licensed datasets, and publicly accessible web sources. Results may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or associated with a different person. A possible match is not confirmation of identity, account ownership, wrongdoing, criminal history, or risk. You must independently verify material information and must not use Kvenna to harass, discriminate, stalk, threaten, dox, or make eligibility, employment, housing, credit, insurance, or other regulated decisions.

8. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the service, maintaining security and moderation records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and satisfying legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Account information is generally retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterward. User content may remain in backups or legal and moderation records after deletion. Verification results and consent records may be retained as necessary to document eligibility, prevent fraud, and establish legal compliance. Raw biometric data, if Kvenna ever receives or temporarily stores it for a permitted review, is governed by the shorter schedule in the Biometric and Live-Selfie Notice.

When retention is no longer necessary, information is deleted, de-identified, or isolated from routine use, subject to backup cycles and lawful preservation requirements.

9. Your Choices and Rights

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including to protect other people, preserve security, comply with legal obligations, or retain evidence of abuse.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration will never occur. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected account compromise.

11. Adults Only

Kvenna is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts. If we learn that information was collected from a person under 18, we may suspend the account and delete the information as required by law.

12. International Processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use legally recognized transfer safeguards.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent where required.

14. Contact

Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to legal@shadowarmy.us or mailed to Shadow Army LLC, 7486 La Jolla Blvd., #1024, La Jolla, California 92037, United States.
